Cost for Remote Support

 

The software can be downloaded as part of a support contract or as a one of connection

Existing customer: £20.00

We offer remote support to our existing customers on the basis of the "first 10 minutes are free" remote connection, after this time, we will charge at an hourly rate for the session time and manpower. that will be billed directly to the client for time used.

10 Credits    = 1/2 Hour remote Support Sessions £85.00      

to be used within 3 months of purchase (** Terms Apply **)

20 Credits    = 1/2 Hour remote Support Sessions £160.00      

to be used within 6 months of purchase (** Terms Apply **)

 

40 Credits    = 1 Hour remote Support Sessions £275.00      

to be used within 12 months of purchase (** Terms Apply **)

New Customer: £20.00

We will ask for payment to be made via Paypal or Google Pay, once the payment has been made, we can offer remote support. the support session is for 1 hour time slots and are non refundable, unless we can not fix the issue. and if this is the case, we will refund your money on a "NO FIX, NO FEE" basis.

FixMe.IT, you can perform a variety of remote support tasks no matter where you or your clients are.

For example, you can:

  • View remote clients' desktops and transfer files, folders or text to/from a remote computer.

  • Run applications on a remote computer and control its desktop as if you're sitting right in front of it.

  • Share your desktop with a remote party to conduct demo sessions, presentations, or provide on-screen instructions.

  • Allow the remote user to work with your desktop the same way you do with theirs.

  • Configure machines for unattended access and connect at any point without anyone's involvement.
